Areas to develop in the game
Scanning
☞The easiest skill to do but really important WE WILL TRY and SCAN before we receive the ball ( to allow us to think about our next move,) On the ball ( is the picture around us still the same, can I turn and or play the way I want to) after we play or pass ( what does the football picture looks like now.
We SCAN for recognise the space around us, team mates and opposition around us, where there is space on the pitch - TO HELP make better decisions by giving us extra thinking time.

Can we try and THINK and PLAY FORWARD as much as possible- Running with the ball (RWB) attacking the space, Passing Forward (Can we try and find our striker, if not can we find a team mate passed some of the opposition in a better forward position).
REMEMBER always try and play the way you face.
Think about our body shape to help us play forward 'Side on' Can we see more of the pitch, where the ball is coming from and where we want to travel or pass.

Passing with PURPOSE
When we decide to pass make sure we think about the weight of the pass (how hard we have to strike it to get to our team mate)
Accuracy - is it under control before we make the pass
Are we playing it to feet, safe side of our team mate or space for them to run onto
Diagnal pass for a straight run, Straight pass for a diagnal run
